Roll out your puff pastry sheet and cut thin slices of brie and fill the width in one strip. Cut a slice of bacon in half and lay both strips on top:
Cut your pastry so that there is around 1cm of pastry either side:
...and twist the slice once:
To secure in place, fold the ends and put aside in the fridge for around 10 minutes to hold shape and pre-heat the oven to 220 degrees C. These will take around 30-40 minutes, depending on your oven.
